Catasha Singleton
Owner & Principal Interior Designer
Catasha Singleton is the Founder and Lead Interior Designer of Modchíc Interiors. She holds a Business Marketing degree from Texas Southern University and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Benedictine University. After working for 8 years in corporate HR, she pursued her passion for interior design by earning certifications in Home Staging and Interior Design. For more than 5 years, Catasha runs a well sought-out firm, specializing in uncomplicated luxury, that creates functional residential and boutique commercial interiors. Her oversight and creativity span across all interior design aspects, from conception to installation. She has an established a strategic design process that allows her to capture client's immediate and long term goals, work with key partners and vendors to transform spaces with some of the world's leading furniture and art manufacturers. Her work has been featured in various media, showcasing her talent for curating perfect spaces for clients. She prides herself on thoughtfully partnering with expert architects and builders to carry out a seamless design process of high-functioning, aesthetically pleasing interiors.
Anastasia czarnick
Interior Designer
With a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture and minors in Fine Arts and Business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Anastasia Czarnick brings over 17 years of diverse design experience to the table. Her career spans residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, always rooted in thoughtful, sustainable design.
Early in her career, Anastasia was recognized as one of only 13 nationwide winners of the prestigious $30,000 Angelo Donghia Foundation Design Competition. This accolade propelled her into the dynamic New York City design scene, where she spent six years working with top interior design firms on high-profile projects. These ranged from luxury homes and prefab architecture in Beverly Hills, Venice Beach, and Manhattan to public installations at Art Basel Miami and Brooklyn Prospect Park.
Her career also took her abroad, working on exclusive collaborations with Karl Lagerfeld in Paris and attending Milan’s renowned design trade fair. Since 2019, Anastasia has been based in Houston, where she focuses on hotel and residential interiors, blending her passion for sustainability with her vast design expertise.
